After receiving the project, we will check the number and requirements of the client's translation, including the number of pages, number of words, typesetting format, picture processing method, text format, delivery method, delivery time and other relevant contents in the contract. We will provide you with a free cost estimate within a few hours of your specific request. For large projects, we will appoint a project manager to be responsible for project implementation and coordination. According to the entrustment contract signed with the client, we work with the translation department to determine the specific translation scheme, including but not limited to the extraction of background information and bilingual bilingual lists of professional vocabulary and high-frequency vocabulary, so as to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the translation.

In this process, project members regularly submit problem reports and hold regular meetings to solve problems and share information. Proofreaders check the translation content against the full text of the original text, and correct and record the errors in accuracy, grammar, spelling and translation style, so as to evaluate and summarize the translators. The reviewers do not read the original text and simulate the end user for full text checking.

We can meet customers' requirements of different formats: typing, typesetting, image scanning in Chinese and foreign languages, and provide PDF, freehand, PageMaker, FrameMaker, illustrator typesetting and other file typesetting formats, bitmap, vector diagram and other manuscripts. Our staff are skilled in desktop publishing (DTP) and editing in Chinese or foreign languages, so that you don't have to worry about it later.

　　6、質(zhì)量分析、審核翻譯與排版之后，我們有獨(dú)立的質(zhì)量控制 (QC) 流程，隨機(jī)從翻譯和審核的文件中抽取 10% 的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行檢查。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求和我們內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查翻譯質(zhì)量。我們要保證新翻譯的文件/網(wǎng)址與原件相配。我們還可以與我們國(guó)外同行合作，對(duì)譯稿進(jìn)行審校。

After quality analysis, audit, translation and typesetting, we have an independent quality control (QC) process, which randomly extracts 10% of the translated and audited documents for inspection. Check the translation quality according to the project requirements and our internal quality standards. We want to ensure that the newly translated document / website address matches the original. We can also work with our foreign counterparts to review the translation.

　　7、遞交客戶經(jīng)過(guò)一譯、二校、三審的翻譯稿經(jīng)翻譯部經(jīng)理驗(yàn)收合格后，提交客戶。

　　7. The translation draft submitted to the client after the first translation, second proofreading and third review shall be submitted to the client after being accepted by the translation manager.

　　8、質(zhì)量跟蹤、售后服務(wù)我們將對(duì)客戶的翻譯稿件進(jìn)行質(zhì)量跟蹤、免費(fèi)的售后服務(wù)。
